Josiah Dawkins is an established West Midlands Entrepreneur and founder of Josiah the Barber. He formed Ace Barbers Academy Community Interest Company after realising that barbering can be a route to a better life for numerous young people in the region. The desire to foster good citizenship in young people is a tenet of Ace Barbers Academy.
